Which Benefits You Can Use at ArtMoment
At ArtMoment you can use benefits on all publicly available experiences and gift vouchers. Benefits can be used for experience painting, creative workshops, experimental formats, pottery, candle making, moss terrariums and other experiences focused on relaxation and personal development.
You can use benefits either for a specific scheduled date in a given city, or for a gift voucher with an open date. The voucher arrives by email and the recipient chooses a date later to suit them.

Pluxee is the new name of the benefit system many people still know as Sodexo. If you’re wondering where to use Pluxee benefits, Pluxee leisure or the Pluxee flexi pass, ArtMoment is one of the places where you can use these benefits.
Pluxee is not paid through the payment gateway. You choose an experience, select Pluxee as the payment method and write your card number in the order note. We’ll call you by the next working day and complete the payment with you.

Where to Use Edenred
Edenred is one of the most widespread benefits focused on leisure and personal development. At ArtMoment you can use both Edenred Benefits and Edenred Multi. Payment is made online through the payment gateway and works just as easily as a regular card payment.
Edenred benefits can be used both for specific experience dates and for gift vouchers with an open date.
Where to use EdenredWhere to Use Sodexo Flexipass
Sodexo Flexipass is a benefit intended for leisure, culture and relaxation. At ArtMoment you can use it for all available experiences and gift vouchers. It is paid the same way as Pluxee: you write your card number in the order note and we complete the payment with you by phone.
Where to use SodexoWhere to Use Benefit Plus
Benefit Plus works differently from other benefit systems. Even so, you can use it at ArtMoment without any problem. It is paid through the MúzaPay app, which Benefit Plus uses.
You choose an experience or a voucher and select “MúzaPay – mobile app” as the payment method. A link to the MúzaPay payment gateway arrives by e-mail and you confirm the payment in the app.

eBenefity from Up are among the commonly used leisure benefits. At ArtMoment you can use eBenefity online through the payment gateway just like a regular payment card.
There’s no need to upload or transfer your eBenefity anywhere. You enter your card number and the payment goes through automatically.

You pay with Edenred and Up eBenefity directly in the payment gateway (enter your card number). For Pluxee/Sodexo, write your card number in the order note – we’ll call you by the next working day and complete the payment with you. Benefit Plus is paid through MúzaPay – the payment link arrives by e-mail.
For all experiences – painting with a drink, ArtLab, painting with wine, ArtBrunch, pottery, candles, perfumes and moss terrariums in more than 20 Czech cities – and for a gift voucher too. Choose a date in the calendar and pay with your benefit.
Yes. You buy a voucher the same way as a booking and pay with your benefit card; the recipient then applies the voucher code when making their own booking. The voucher has an open date and is valid in all cities.
We invoice company events directly to the company; individual employee tickets for regular dates can be paid with benefit cards. Write to eventy@artmoment.cz and we’ll advise you.
Yes – if the value of your benefit doesn’t cover the whole order, you pay the difference by card or bank transfer. Mention it in the note and we’ll arrange the details by phone.
