My ArtMoment keeps all your bookings and vouchers in one place. You sign in without a password – just enter the e-mail you ordered with and we will send you a link.

In My ArtMoment you can change the date, swap the experience, cancel a booking for a voucher, extend a voucher, edit its design and message, or add it to Apple or Google Wallet – yourself, right away.

Absolutely! Our tutors speak English well and are willing to help our non-Czech guests enjoy the experience and create their own art pieces.

• You will spend three hours with us in a charming environment, in which time you will be able to complete the painting.
• First, we'll greet you and get you settled into your seat.
• There, everything you need will already be prepared and you can choose a welcome drink of your choice.
• Once you have chosen your artwork, our tutors will explain everything to you and give you helpful advice to get you started.
• Afterwards, we will help you prepare the colours and of course an apron so you won't get dirty.
• There will also be space for individual questions and consultations throughout the evening.
• In addition, friendly service and the full menu of the restaurant or café in question is available throughout the experience.
• At the end of the experience, we will carefully wrap the painting for you and gladly clean up everything.
• It is up to you to enjoy the evening and let us take care of you!

The answer is: YES! Most of the participants in the experience evenings are people who last picked up a paintbrush in kindergarten or primary school. The whole concept is prepared so that even a person who has no experience or so-called talent can handle it. In addition, our excellent tutors and lecturers are available for individual consultations at all times.

If you paint here and there or regularly, we are happy to have fun with you and individually tailor the evening for you so that you don't get bored.

We recommend the painting experience evening for everyone from 12 years of age. During the experience, it is necessary to concentrate on painting for 3 hours. Younger children lose focus more quickly and may sometimes need more intensive and detailed individual guidance. However, as we wish to give all our customers the same quality of experience, we cannot guarantee this. Therefore, we prefer an age where children can handle the concept of the evening without worry and enjoy the experience as much as the adults!

The experience evening lasts 3 hours. During which time you will be able to paint a stylish painting. Even if you have never painted before. During the evening you will also have time to chat with friends and have a drink.

We have a full set of designs to choose from, selected by the artists based on difficulty, feasibility and appearance. The choice is really wide. From Pop Art inspired motifs, landscapes, animals or flowers to more abstract pieces. Our tutors will be on hand to guide you through the selection process. They will be happy to advise you which motif is the right one!

At ArtMoment we paint with acrylics. This is suitable for complete beginners due to its properties. Acrylic paints dry quickly, have excellent opacity and shade intensity.

You may be thinking, something old... But not at all! We want this evening to belong to you and be a unique experience in an elegant and glamorous setting.

Feel free to reach for that new dress or your favorite shirt. We have a functional yet elegant apron for everyone to protect and keep your clothes clean.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the official start of the experience. This will give you a few extra minutes to sit back and order a drink.

On the main page you will always find the current dates, which we announce 3-4 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we do not offer any others at the moment. You can also follow information about newly added dates on our social media.

Would you like to arrange an individual date for a group of ten or more people? Contact us and we'll be happy to discuss this option!

Yes! If you book for 10 or more people, we will be happy to prepare the whole evening to your liking. In addition, the course of the evening can be adapted to individual requirements. Among other things, we can also provide excellent catering. You can look forward to an ArtMoment tailor-made for you! Email us at support@artmoment.cz so we can discuss the details together.

We currently offer our experience evenings in four of the largest cities in the Czech Republic. In addition to Prague, you can visit us in Brno, Ostrava and Pilsen.

But we'll let you in on a little secret: we are preparing new locations as well! Can you think of specific places where you would like to see ArtMoment? Don't hesitate to contact us! Who knows, maybe your wish will come true.

Sometimes it can happen. Most changes you can make yourself in My ArtMoment:

• move the booking to another date of the same experience (free more than 48 hours before the start, CZK 199 between 48 and 6 hours before; with Increased Flexibility free up to 15 minutes before),
• switch to a different experience (up to 6 hours before the start; the new date must be at least 48 hours ahead),
• cancel the booking in exchange for a gift voucher for the full amount, valid for 12 months (more than 48 hours before the start; with Increased Flexibility up to 6 hours before).

If you want to cancel more than 48 hours before the start and get your money back instead of a voucher, please e-mail support@artmoment.cz or call +420 212 240 505 (24/7 – calls are answered by our virtual assistant Arty, colleagues Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00). Less than 6 hours before the start, changes cannot be made online (except a date move with Increased Flexibility) – please let us know as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, payment on the spot is not possible. Payment is by card or bank transfer at the time of booking.

Log in to My ArtMoment with the e-mail address you used for your order – we will send you a one-time login link. Then choose a new date of the same experience.

• More than 48 hours before the start: free of charge.
• Between 48 and 6 hours before the start: CZK 199, paid online. The move is made after payment (within about 20 minutes); until then your original date stays valid.
• Less than 6 hours before the start: the date cannot be changed.
• With Increased Flexibility (CZK 199 in the cart): free of charge up to 15 minutes before the start.

You can also e-mail us your order number and new date at support@artmoment.cz. Not applicable to ArtLab.

Yes. More than 48 hours before the start, cancellation is free of charge. The quickest way is My ArtMoment: you cancel the booking in exchange for a gift voucher for the full amount, valid for 12 months, which arrives by e-mail within minutes. With Increased Flexibility this is possible up to 6 hours before the start.

If you prefer a refund instead of a voucher (more than 48 hours before the start), please e-mail support@artmoment.cz or call +420 212 240 505 (24/7 – calls are answered by our virtual assistant Arty, colleagues Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00).

If you cancel no later than one hour before the start and state and document a serious reason, we refund 50% of the price. If you do not justify or do not report your absence, the full price is forfeited.

Yes, in My ArtMoment, up to 6 hours before the original start. Choose another experience with a date at least 48 hours ahead and enough free seats.

• If it is more expensive, you pay the difference online (plus the CZK 199 fee between 48 and 6 hours before the original start, unless you have Increased Flexibility).
• If it is cheaper, we send you the difference as a gift voucher valid for 12 months – we never refund it in money.

The change is made automatically after confirmation or payment, usually within minutes. If you do not pay, your booking stays unchanged and the request lapses 6 hours before the original start. The experience can be changed only once per booking, and not for orders with more than one booking, bookings bought with a percentage discount or ArtLab – in that case please e-mail support@artmoment.cz.

My ArtMoment shows your upcoming bookings and vouchers. Enter the e-mail address you used for your order and we will send you a one-time login link – no password needed. For vouchers you will see their status (valid, used, expired) and dedication, and you can choose an experience, add the voucher to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, download a PDF or extend an expiring voucher. For bookings you can move the date, switch to a different experience or cancel in exchange for a voucher.

You always receive the e-voucher by e-mail, usually within 5 minutes of payment – print it, download it as a PDF or add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You can also order a printed voucher in an elegant gift envelope (CZK 99 per piece). We print it automatically after payment and ship it; once it is on its way, we e-mail you a tracking link. So you don't really have to worry about anything!

The price of a gift voucher is equal to the price of the ArtMoment experience evenings. A printed voucher in a gift envelope costs an extra CZK 99 per piece plus shipping (see the next question), charged once per order. The voucher design is free of charge; a printed personal dedication costs CZK 49 per voucher.

Shipping is charged once per order. You receive the e-voucher by e-mail in any case.

You will receive the e-voucher by e-mail usually within 5 minutes of payment. You can give it right away! The printed voucher is printed automatically after payment and shipped by the carrier you choose; we e-mail you a tracking link once it is on its way.

Don't wait for anything and turn your gift voucher into a unique experience within 6 months of purchase. If you can't make it, the voucher can be extended.

Yes. If you haven't managed to enjoy your experience within 6 months of purchasing your voucher, don't despair! It can be extended by 6 months for CZK 399 or by 12 months for CZK 499 at www.artmoment.cz/en/extend/ or with the “Extend validity” button in My ArtMoment.

It does not have to be, but you can add one. For CZK 49 per voucher we print your personal dedication (up to 140 characters) on both the e-voucher and the printed voucher – the same for all vouchers or different for each. You can also choose one of 16 designs free of charge, with a preview in the cart. Voucher example:

Yes. In the cart you can add a personal dedication (CZK 49 per voucher, up to 140 characters) and choose one of 16 designs free of charge. We print the dedication on both the e-voucher and the printed voucher. You can change the design and dedication later via the link in your voucher e-mail (voucher page). A voucher that has already been printed stays as printed.

Yes. You will receive an electronic version of the voucher immediately after completing your order.

Yes. The printed voucher has the same number as the electronic voucher.

Yes. Your voucher e-mail contains a link to the voucher page, where you can change the design and dedication. The Apple Wallet card updates automatically. A voucher that has already been printed stays as printed.

Yes. On the voucher page (the link is in your e-mail; the QR code on the printed and PDF voucher leads there too) or in My ArtMoment, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Google Wallet”. The card shows the voucher value in the colour of the chosen design, with your dedication. The voucher page also shows its validity and status, and you can download the voucher as a PDF, print or share it.
