We’ll call you by the next working day and complete the payment with you; you confirm it with a code from an SMS.
There’s no need to upload points, transfer credit to another app or contact us in advance. Pluxee, formerly Sodexo, works at ArtMoment directly and without restrictions. After a successful payment you receive a confirmation by e-mail and, in the case of a voucher, the gift voucher itself.

Yes. You buy the voucher just like a booking and pay with your benefit card; the recipient then uses the voucher code when making their own booking. The voucher has an open date and is valid in all cities.

Can I combine a benefit with a card payment?

Yes – if the benefit value doesn’t cover the whole order, you pay the difference by card or bank transfer. Write it in the note and we’ll sort out the details by phone.

Will I get a receipt for my employer?

Yes, after payment you’ll receive the order confirmation and a receipt by e-mail. Put any other details (company name etc.) in the order note.
