Wine painting with a sparkling wine tasting and a tour of Bohemia Sekt. First we take you through the Bohemia Sekt cellars in Starý Plzenec, then you paint with wine while tasting sparkling wines.

HOW IT WORKS
The evening starts in the cellars and continues with painting and a glass of sparkling wine. It lasts three and a half hours, for example from 17:30 to 21:00.
Cellar tour (1 hour)
- You will walk the Bohemia Sekt visitor route in Starý Plzenec.
- The cellars stay at around 12 °C all year round, so bring something warm to wear.
Sparkling wine tasting
- While painting you will taste 5 sparkling wines. If you do not drink alcohol, you will get 3 non-alcoholic samples.
Wine painting (2.5 hours)
- You choose a design and wine becomes your paint. Everything you need will be ready for you.
- Our instructor will help you the whole time.

Bohemia Sekt cellar tour
A one-hour tour takes you into the cellars in Starý Plzenec where Bohemia Sekt sparkling wines are made. You will see how sparkling wine is produced using the traditional and the Charmat method, and how it was made in the past.
Wine painting with a glass of bubbles
Wine becomes your paint and, with help from our instructor, you will paint your own picture from a design. Meanwhile you will taste five sparkling wines, or three non-alcoholic samples.

We prepare this experience together with Bohemia Sekt. It takes place at its visitor centre in Starý Plzenec, just outside Pilsen.
Where we meet and how to get there
Bohemia Sekt visitor centre, Smetanova 220, 332 02 Starý Plzenec. The main entrance is next to the wine shop (Vinotéka) entrance by the main road.
- By train: 12 minutes from Pilsen main station.
- By bus: from Pilsen by ČSAD regional bus or city bus lines 50 and 51.
- By car: parking is available by the reception.
