How the voucher arrives and how it's redeemed
The e-voucher arrives by email within 5 minutes of payment – you can forward it, print it or show it on your phone. We deliver a printed version in a gift envelope within 2–3 days. The voucher is open-dated: the recipient chooses the format, city and date themselves and enters the voucher code when booking. It's valid for 6 months and the validity can be extended online, so it can't expire unused. You buy it in any amount – either exactly for one experience, or as a contribution that the recipient tops up depending on what they choose.
Order a gift voucherWhat voucher value to choose
Most people buy a voucher worth one full experience, i.e. 1 690–2 490 Kč depending on the format. A smaller amount works as a contribution – the recipient picks what they want and pays the difference when booking. A higher value is handy if you want to give an experience for two or a longer session at the ArtLab studio. For kids under twelve, the best choice is the ArtLab studio: you can come any time during opening hours, and one entry covers up to four people when you create one shared painting. We recommend our painting experience evenings from age 12. For more tips, see our page experiences for kids.
