ArtMoment Automations – Privacy Policy

Which Google user data the tool accesses
- Google Ads API (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): read-only access to keyword search volume statistics (Keyword Planner historical metrics) for ArtMoment's own Google Ads account. - Google Search Console API (read-only): search queries, impressions, clicks and average positions for the website www.artmoment.cz.
- The Google account used to sign in (e-mail address) only to authenticate the ArtMoment employee who authorises the access.
How we use the data
The data is used solely to prepare internal SEO and content reports for the ArtMoment marketing team (which topics people search for, how our pages perform). It is not used for advertising to individuals, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to improving www.artmoment.cz.
Storage and security
Aggregated keyword and search statistics are stored in a database on servers operated by ArtMoment in the European Union. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on these servers and are accessible only to authorised ArtMoment staff. We keep the statistics for as long as they are useful for our reporting, at most 5 years.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share data received from Google APIs with any third party. The data is not transferred outside the company except to our hosting providers acting as processors.
Limited Use
ArtMoment Automations' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, write to support@artmoment.cz; we will delete it within 30 days.
