Our vouchers work like a gift card. The recipient can choose the experience and the city that suits them best.

The easiest way is to start from the price of a specific experience. On the website, click the Location tab, select the city and the experience you want to give. According to the listed price, you can then purchase a voucher of the same value in the Vouchers section.

If you want to book a specific date right away, simply choose the city, the experience, the date and click Add to cart. In that case, you are not buying a voucher but a reservation for the selected date.

For the creative workshop ArtLab , the voucher works as credit. First, you choose how many people the entry is for and how many paintings you want to create. One entry covers up to 4 people if they work together on one painting. If everyone wants their own painting, each person needs their own entry.

Then you choose the approximate canvas size and count the entry, canvas and paints. For example: entry 499 CZK + canvas 690 CZK + paints 399 CZK equals a total of 1,588 CZK. In this case, it is ideal to buy a voucher for example in the value of 1,690 CZK or 2,490 CZK, so the recipient also has a small reserve on site.

When making a reservation, the entry fee is deducted from the voucher and the remaining credit can be used directly in ArtLab for canvases, paints and other materials.

All our vouchers are universal. If the recipient changes their mind about the city or type of experience, they can use the voucher for any other ArtMoment experience in any location.

The standard validity of our vouchers is 6 months from purchase. If you do not manage to use it in time, no worries, you can extend the voucher online within a few minutes.

Simply go to the Voucher extension page, enter the voucher code and choose how long you want to extend the validity. After payment, you will receive confirmation by email and you can use the voucher again.

We add new dates gradually and regularly. You usually see them in the calendar approximately 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

If you like a specific experience but there are currently no dates available, you can activate a watchdog for it. As soon as we add a new date, we will send you an email and you can reserve your spot first.

For families with children, our creative laboratory ArtLab in Prague is ideal.

You can look forward to playful creativity with bubbles, splashing paint and other techniques that children love. One entry allows participation of up to 4 people if they work together on one painting. If each child wants their own painting, a separate entry is needed for each.

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Our instructors are present on site the entire time, explaining everything simply and helping as needed. Protective overalls are available for both adults and young participants.

ArtLab is an ideal choice for children under twelve, for a family afternoon or as an original gift for the whole family.

The date can be changed no later than 48 hours before the start of the experience. Simply write to us at support@artmoment.cz and include your order number and the new date that suits you.

If you want greater certainty, you can add the Increased flexibility service to your cart when purchasing. Thanks to this, you can change the date even shortly before the event according to the current rules listed on the website.

A simple rule applies: if you write to us in time, the time when you sent the change request counts, not the time when we manage to reply. You therefore do not need to worry about losing your experience just because we are handling multiple inquiries at once.
