Internship scope
The intern will be part of the sales and expansion team working on the international growth of ArtMoment through a franchise model in Poland, Austria, Germany, Hungary and Slovakia. The role is focused on research, validation and testing of a scalable sales strategy rather than routine administration.
Main objectives
The goal of the internship is to design, test and evaluate a structured approach to identifying potential franchise partners and to support the creation of a repeatable international sales process.
Responsibilities
- Market research and analysis of selected countries with focus on lifestyle brands, leisure concepts, gastronomy, creative studios and potential franchise operators.
- Identification and profiling of ideal franchise partner personas in each market using structured frameworks and data collection.
- Mapping competitors and similar concepts in target countries and summarizing key insights into comparative reports.
- Co creation of franchise offer adaptations for different markets including value proposition, positioning and basic pitch logic.
- Financial benchmarking of target markets including basic cost structures, pricing comparisons and market sizing relevant to creative workshop businesses.
- Preparation of lead lists and qualification criteria for potential partners using online databases, LinkedIn and local business directories.
- Drafting and localizing outreach materials such as introductory emails, LinkedIn messages and short pitch decks adapted to each market.
- Testing communication approaches under supervision and tracking response rates across channels and markets.
- Monitoring responses, collecting feedback and evaluating effectiveness of different sales messages in a structured way.
- Supporting documentation of the sales process so it can be reused and scaled across future markets.
- Assisting with translation and cultural adaptation of key marketing and sales materials for Italian and Spanish speaking markets where relevant.

Internship format
- Duration: 1 month under Erasmus+ program.
- Full time or part time depending on agreement.
